Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing any products provided by Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice.

2. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes, duties or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase.

3. We may offer you the ability to pre-order a product before it becomes available. If you choose to pre-order a product, we will not charge you until the product becomes available and we can ship your order.

4. You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges shown to you at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate these charges from time to time, and you agree to check all charges prior to placing an order. In general, we ship all products by economy ground delivery, which may be provided by any number of shipping service providers.

5. Only valid credit cards and other payment methods acceptable to us may be used to purchase our products and all eligible refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card or other payment method and authorize us to charge that card or other payment method for the purchase amount of your order (including taxes, shipping, handling, and any other amounts described on the website). When you provide your payment information, you authorize us (or a third party service provider working on our behalf) to process and store your payment and other related information. If the credit card or other payment method you designate cannot be verified, is invalid or is not otherwise acceptable, we may suspend or cancel your order automatically at any time. You are solely responsible for resolving any problem we encounter while processing your order.

6. Once an order has been shipped the order cannot be canceled. If delivery of the order is refused by the customer, the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the lost shipping costs and other lost costs incurred from the transaction.

7. We are not liable for any claims or damages resulting from any delays to your receipt of goods due to causes beyond our control.

8. If a product is returned, Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid, if each of the following conditions has been met:

8.1. The product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, except as otherwise stated on the face of the receipt or at the point of sale; and

8.2. The product must be in its original, unused condition. It must not be altered in any way, disassembled, with missing parts or damaged by misuse; and

8.3. The returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Only products purchased directly from Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC can be returned for a refund; and

8.4. Products that are subject to pending or implemented restrictions due to local, state, or local legislation and regulation are not eligible for return; and

8.5. All shipping costs associated with returning a product to Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC are the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. The purchaser will not use the products in violation of any local, state, or federal law.

10. Due to the large number of AK and PSL rifle variants sold on the market, Marcus Tactical Solutions does not offer any warranty that our products will fit on every firearm in these categories, nor that they are fit for a particular purpose. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify and confirm the compatibility with the firearm and with the purpose before ordering our products.

11. Marcus Tactical Solutions reserves the right to make changes without notice to the design of our products, including materials and parts changes.

12. You will not copy or reverse engineering any of our products protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws.

13. You will not obtain, request, or direct the shipment of any product purchased from Marcus Tactical Solutions for export.

14. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Marcus Tactical Solutions be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor shall the aggregate liability of Marcus Tactical Solutions, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or strict liability arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the purchase or use of any products purchased through the website exceed the purchase price of the product.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

16. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Sale and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
