• The product is returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, except as otherwise stated on the face of the receipt or at the point of sale; and
• The product must be in its original, unused condition. It must not be altered in any way, disassembled, with missing parts or damaged by misuse; and
• The returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Only products purchased directly from Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC can be returned for a refund; and
• Products that are subject to pending or implemented restrictions due to local, state, or local legislation and regulation are not eligible for return; and
• All shipping costs associated with returning a product to Marcus Tactical Solutions LLC are the responsibility of the purchaser; and
• There will be a 10% restocking fee for the warehouse as there are expenses we have already incurred to process your order.
